    Little Professor End User License Agreement (EULA)

    1. Acceptance of Terms
    By accessing or using Little Professor, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this EULA. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not access or use Little Professor.

    2. License Grant
    Subject to the terms of this EULA, Executive Technologies, Inc. grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use Little Professor for your personal or internal business purposes.

    3. Restrictions
    You may not:

    Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software.
    Resell or redistribute the software or any part of it.
    Use the software for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

    4. Termination
    Executive Technologies, Inc. reserves the right to terminate your access to Little Professor at any time, with or without cause or notice.

    5. Data and Privacy
    By using Little Professor, you consent to the collection and use of your data in accordance with Executive Technologies, Inc.'s Privacy Policy.

    6. Limitation of Liability
    In no event shall Executive Technologies, Inc. be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with Little Professor.

    7. Governing Law
    This EULA is governed by the laws of the State of Alabama, USA, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

    8. Changes to this EULA
    Executive Technologies, Inc. reserves the right to modify this EULA at any time. Your continued use of Little Professor after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
